As Bri1 said I have used Columbus Direct with no problems, and my daughter and future sil have been on holiday recently using Columbus.
BUT, for some reason, because I missed the autorenew due to being abroad with work they won't renew my insurance.
I have recommended them on several occasions over the last few years but not so sure now?
So yes use them, but always autorenew if you want to keep your cover valid0
