Wow, everyone's invitations look so professional - lovely!
We're doing our own save-the-date cards and invitations. I made the save-the-date design in Photoshop (with input from OH) - I used free brushes and free fonts from the internet - and OH's friend will be printing them up for us for free
fab!
Here's the design for our save-the-date cards:

A lot of websites e.g Confetti allow you to order free samples, an idea is to order a few different samples of invitations you like, then you can see the different components, how they are constructed and add your own touches to them! Its a great way to see how the cards are made and get some inspiration! Just obviously dont copy like for like!Ideas, help and advice always welcome, judgements and assumptions are not!!:happyhearMarrying my Mr Perfect 2013

my tip is to order as many freebies as you can go and buy little bits of card and stuff and rip the other ones apart and then out of that make one that you wantThe only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 50

Pure Invitation is another one where you can get samples and they have a step-by-step invite designer application. I used them for everything and was very happy with them - prompt delivery, helpful when I couldn't do my own printing. I'll try to put a picture up later. If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.0

try this link to mine. Really simple to make:
A5 gatefold invites
Printed directly on the card
Used a vista print free business cards to do the cover rentagle mounted on navy card and added a few diamonds
I love my invites and have used the same format for all my stationary!0 -
I forgot about the snowflake punch and ribbon to pretty them up0
