hello i got a parking ticket when i had in fact paid from excel parking. i went to the office to protest and tell them i had paid but they would not overturn it so i sent the ticket and my proof of payment photocopies back to them, my ticket had obviously blown onto the floor of the car when i closed the door and i hadn't…
