breach of compromise agreement by employer.

  • Right, got it now, thanks.

It's tricky, 'cos the former employer couldn't lie and say "that's all rubbish", because it wasn't. But then again, saying "no comment" would arouse my suspicion as a potential new employer and I would take that to mean the allegations were true. Your problem is clearly this person who has got it in for you! Can you find out who it is?!

  • Well it sounds like you dont know what you are on about and have a very poor level of understanding of your situation.

  • Have you any idea how much it will cost you to sue them in a county court for effectively telling the truth.
You fell down when you didnt sort out with them how they were going to answer the questionnaire, so its basically your fault for not considering all eventualities and having this drawn up into the agreement.
Your best bet would be to get any job for a reference or do voluntary work and put that down.

Well, whatever proves your victory then. Otherwise you could say anything you like, couldn't you? ;)
