Which debt/finance/life books to inspire me?

I've read quite a few I like from the late larry burkett.... but dave ramseys Total money makeover is a favorite of mine personally.

I echo the recommendation in posts 14 and 15 re Your money or your life by Joe Dominguez and Vicky Robin - I read it regularly and find it very inspiring. It is more about attitude and values rather than practical advice. I also love the Tightwad Gazette - I think it is hilarious!

for those having a little OH trouble would highly recommend "our money, ourselves. for couples", got it from the library and looks more at the psychology around money and how we relate to it and our partners, including historical lessons about money form our parents/past etc.
Can't remember authors name as taken back to library now but will find out and post soon as.

My spending diary! When I think of where I'd be now if I'd not frittered so much... It spurs me on!
Actually, any good book, when I'm reading I'm not spending, and libraries are good places, and walking there and back with piles of books keeps you fit as well.
