Samsung Monte Slider phone, 300 mins, 300 texts, 500MB internet with T-Mobile: £10.42-a-month + £80 Quidco!
https://www.quidco.com/t-mobile/
£10.42-a-month for 18-months is £187.56, less £80 Quidco cashback and say £15 for selling the phone = £92.56. That works out about £5-a-month. Got to be a good deal for 300 mins, 300 texts and a booster that can be used for 500MB internet (unlimited surfing I believe).
Any thoughts?
Anyone know when T-Mobile will do the £7.50 SIM only deals again?

The only monte on t-mobile site is £10.21 a month, 100 mins/100 texts, 500MB internet and 24 month contract.
Not a great phone too.0 -

Not a great phone too.
You need to click the Quidco link through to the special deal.
I know the Monte Slider is a low spec phone, that's why I suggested selling it for £15.
The deal could be a good alternative for a cheap SIM only plan.0 -
If you go from Quidco and select that deal - 300 mins/texts - its £20.42 a month for 18 months.
What they are saying is that the cheapest plan you can get that phone on is £10.42 a month with 100 mins/100text by which time it will probably change into 24 monther.
Get a Samsung Monte Slider free from £10.42 a month, saving £180
It says "Save £10 a month for 18 months" in there too - but no idea how you get that back or its already applied in the given figure of £20.42 a month.0 -

All too dodgy in my opinion - I think most people like clear wording, no IFs. The phone is not that great in my opinion and not worth the hassle. Try HTC Wildfire S with a different retailer.0 -
Well, Quidco states "Save £180! Get an 18 month contract, just £10.24 a month (usually £20.24) - includes 300 mins, 300 text + free booster (could be 500mb data) with a Monte Slider (RRP £30) plus £80 cashback. Until stocks last!"
When you open the T-Mobile phone page, the only tariff available is the £20.24 one and it states save £10 on that so I wouldn't be too worried.
The value of the deal isn't in the handset, it is the £80 Quidco cashback on an already cheap £10.24-a-month price.
BTW, I already have an Orange San Francisco handset and I'm happy with that.0 -
Hi, the line rental is £20.24p and the £10 is applied as a discount on the bill.
As the offer is for 18 months it means that, by doing it this way, when you reach 18 months you lose the discount, so keep an eye on dates so that you don't end up on £20.24p in 18 months time.0 -
I have just found out that T-Mobile charge for accessing voicemail, so I do not recommend joining them!0
