I placed an order with Beauty Stop on 22/6/11 and still haven't received it Have sent them numerous emails but all i ever get back is an automated reply telling me they are dealing with the orders! Not happy.

hi I also purchased this voucher and even payes 20 quid extra to get a dearer product, but didn't recieve it! So annoying that when I tried to contact the company I only recieved automated email grrrr! One big con! Has anyone had any luck getting a refund ?

I also purchased a voucher and made an extra payment of £5. Granted, £5 is not a lot but I have had absolutely no luck getting it refunded. Has anybody else? KGB refunded my voucher amount but I haven't been able to get through to BeautyStopUK. Any other people with the same problem and how are you planning to try to get your money back?

it's seems that they scamed a lot of people.i've bought 2 vouchers on 22 of june and only received one product.was trying to contact them several times but no replay.don't think that company exist enymore.bought loads of deals on groupon and kgb so far,and that's the only company that scamed me.!!!!ed off!!!:-(
