  • My friend sold 4 items on ebay 2 years ago he had not go,t valued at £750 each as he was two months in arrears on his mortgage and he could not get a loan, but he knew a savings plan was due out in 4 weeks for 6 k , he stalled the buyers for 2 weeks after they contacted him after the initial 14 days he stated for delivery, by saying some tea leaf must have knicked them he would send another at no extra cost. When his savings plan payment came he went to comet and bought the four items and posted them out and got four glowing positives ,,,i think that what all very naughty.
  • When I was a child, one Christmas my mum and dad didn't have any money for a Christmas tree, so they went out and cut one down off the local common.

I remember my dad working as a security guard when i was little. He had keys for all the vending machines/ stock cupboards. There was always industrial sized cleaner, blue roll etc in our house aling with the tubs of hot choccie from the vending machines. It was only a few years ago that i realised that they were liberated.

Although i have never known poverty (or i was well sheilded from it) i can always remember my parents economising and arguing about debt. One good point of this is that im now great with money, too the point that its excessive/obsessive.
