Been On It 3 Times, summer Weekend, Winter Weekend And Summer Evening And Never Queued For More Than 20 Mins. Ordered Tickets In Advance As Previously Mentioned. There Is A River Cruise Combined Ticket Too Which Was Fun.
I save so I can spend.

Main reason not to book ahead is that the view is rather weather dependent - I wonder what happened to all those folk who pre-booked for the foggy days just before Christmas

    Thanks for the replies.

I have noticed that you can get "fasttrack" tickets.
These are about £10 extra each.

Now I know this isn't moneysaving but it's possibly worth if it you only have best part of 2 days in London and your time is valuable.
Loosing two incomes and going on a weekday is not a viable option.

We will check out the queues and then see if it's worth paying the extra for the fast track tickets.

I'd have a look at the Discovery Flights - £18.00 for a specific time and you can book on the day, far cheaper than a fasttrack - http://www.londoneye.co.uk/product_content.aspx?id=4&sec=pyv

I signed up and they sent me a great Money Off Vouchers booklet already used the BOGOF on Brewers Fayre meals but there is also a 25% of London Eye Voucher in there gives 25% off Champagne Flight, think this is a good deal also there is a voucher for 50% off the London Eye River Cruise Experience, vouchers run until 28th of Feb but they send out ne booklets every couple of months with loads of great offers in.
