Thank you. No, it didn't. We both kind of acknowledged we don't work as mother and daughter. It's the truth but it still hurts.
Should have stopped there. Shame we didn't. She did apologize for nearly ruining my OHs birthday. But then said they'd left as they were worried he'd hit me.... Due to him being irritated with them. Erm no, he was just anxious she didn't upset me. Not the other way round. I cant believe they could even think this of him. I'm so upset and mad and bewildered I can't think straight. Sorry for being so off topic.

Sorry you're having a bad time 23rd

No stitching done here today. Coming down with a cold and as I don't get them often I forget how awful they can make you feel. Been sneezing all afternoon so have sat slumped in front of pc all day, don't wanna sneeze on my Tiger :rotfl:

Thanks everyone. It will pass. I was starting to get down due to the silence. At least this reminds me of her special kind of crazy.

And thanks so very much for the distraction...
That 'to stitch' list is awesome. I really love the one with the birdhouses... I have one similar in a mag but with blue tits not butterflies. Also the san Fran scisco houses are really nice. They'd make a nice set of three too.
I can see why you are a little hesitant to start some charts, as then you loose the pleasure of an-ti-ci-pation (sorry, can never resist a Rocky Horror moment)

Those in the list are probably half of my stash and I still look on ebay everyday for bargains

I have done a birdhouse and blue tit one in the past, this one,

I didn't follow the kit colours because I'm sure some were missing so used my £shop threads. Also the blue tits were pretty much done free hand so they are a little fat :rotfl:

well they are STILL playing golf (ps3) so boys are in bed am gonna jump in the bath for 10 mins then crack on with my cross stitch in the comfort of my room.
