Alternative to NTL

Hello and Happy New Year to you all!
Well as it's the New Year I plan to overhaul my finances and try amd make some savings.
We are with NTL and have been for approx 7 years; we currently pay £33.49 per month.
TV (Basic package) abd Telephone Service (although we are with Talk for phone calls and BT for line rental ) = £16.50
Unlimited 2MB + £ 17.99
Ok is this good value does anyone know?
