WPA2 and WPA work better now with SP2 than with SP1 and before with netgear equipment0

i will download sp2 then. tankard it said thanks but it doesnt work does anyone have any other ideas? do you have wpa on yours aswell?0

i tried installing windows sp2 but it sadi your system is in an unstable state. i have changed to wep now and it does not disconnect as much as before but it still doe sometimes. will it work better if i use windows to configure my wireless?0

I always use windows to do this as the netgear utility is next to useless in my opinion. If you change to windows for your wireless then you can use WPA as well although WPA2 needs the SP2..0 -
can anyone explain to me why my laptops internal wifi doesnt work when i set my encryption to WPA and WPA2,but when i set it to use WEP it works fine.0
