CEA Card Question

Hey everyone. Wasn't sure where to put this.:o

If I got a Cineworld Unlimited Card and a CEA card for my husband who is my carer, would we be able to use them both together when we go to the cinema?

I know it might be a stupid question but I wasn't sure if both could be used at the same time.:o

Also, with the CEA card, when it says passport photo, I take it it means a photo of me and not my husband? :o

The cineworld I went to on Tuesday had a sign up at the desk to say they no longer accept CEA cards. I don't have one so didn't give it any thought at the time. Just checked their website though and it says they accept the card at all of their cinemas,

    Strange!

I checked online to make sure the cinema we go to accept the CEA cards as I didn't want to get one and then not be able to use it and the website said that it was accepted at the cinema we go to.

if you're in Somerset it's not the same cinema. Let us know when you've been.

The CEA card gets the carer in free as you have to pay for the disabled person, it might be worth asking cineworld head office before buying the pass.

The CEA card terms and conditions state that you are only eligible for a free ticket if you buy another full price ticket. At my local cineworld this translates as no unlimited card tickets and no student discounts. My ticket has to be bought at full price to get the free one for my carer.

i use my student card for my ticket and CEA for other ticket , no problems yet using cineworld. i like that you can book online with cineworld and get your CEA. you can't do that with odeon.

Thanks for the info. I'll take this up with my local Cineworld as they claim that a student ticket is not full price, but I've just tried it online and it's accepted it.
