    I'm in too.
We rent out my husband's house. The mortgage is £126,000ish. Will check the exact figure. We subsidise the monthly repayment by £30. It's on a 10 year fix with 8 years to run.
Our new house, purchased a couple of months ago has a £274000 mortgage. Ouch!! It's on a 2 year fix.

Our total equity is about £175,000 or thereabouts.

We've got 30 years to go.

    Mortgage overpay 2012: £10,815; 2013: £27,562
    Mortgage start £264k, now £232k
