I'm glad people are putting these phone numbers in these forums because whenever I get asked to ring a number I've not heard of I search Google to see if it comes up - and it will now!
hmm... intriguing.0 -

Just come to add my 2 pence worth.
I had this at the end november/beginning of december. It was when i picked the phone up, It went straight to the message.
I pressed 3 rang it back and it was another message saying that they were having trouble with their end of the phone and could i wait on the line untill they got an operator. I put the phone down but the recorded message must have gone on for about an 2 minutes. I googled the number and it took me to a list of numbers and saying that it was a scam and not to ring it back.
I never told my dh2b because i thought that the phonebill would be huge.
When the itemised phone bill came the number was on but it had charged us 95p for the phonecall
Now i know its a scam now, but didnt at the time but all this nonsense that it will cost you pounds/hundreds/thousends is in my instance nonsence2007 COMPETITION CHALLANGEGoal £215 SO FAR - 214.99 (1P OFF TARGET)0 -

I'd say it is very dangerous to think like this - breeds complacency.
One day, there will be a scam which, in a moment of weakness is clever enough to catch you - Never say Never is my moto.
Have you ever watched that 'Real Hustle' programme? I, like you, thought I'd never fall for a scam but having seen that, I now think that no-one is 100% scam proof.7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -
