    Hi JoshyBoy,

As a few of the other users have mentioned, the only option to end a contract early is to pay the early termination fee which is the total cost of the remaining months.

If you would like me to take a look at your plan and see if there is any way I can help, drop me an email to the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject. Could you also include a link to this thread too please.

    Many thanks,

    Heidi

I got out of a Orange contract by saying I had terrible reception at home( I did ). Over phone they wouldn't have any of it but wrote to customer services, customer services manager and CEO Orange Europe and some guy phoned up and said we've terminated contract plz post phone back.

    Worth a shot.

That has not a chance of being accepted once you are 14m into a contract though.

Your post is very informative. It explains very well why you think that they charged you incorrectly and what service they are not providing.
is there a way of doing this?
As it was said in this thread and in many other places there are three regular ways:

    death,
    bankruptcy,
    paying for all remaining months.
