    I think a reduced delivery charge would be suitable here. Maybe also remove the 'C' word from the thread title also :)

    see if they will throw in some extra cushions or some fabric/upholstery cleaner or something....

    How about asking for a yard or two of the fabric they used, so you can use touches of it in the room, eg on cushions, or you can make arm cosies so you can wash them instead of trying to get marks out of the main arms? Costs them relatively little extra, but is a great value for you.
