    Good morning,

The house elf and I are on our jolly holidays in Cork. The boy was very well behaved on his first ever flight, although he was overcome by hunger and had to have a tub of pringles on the plane.

He's having a lovely time playing with his cousins, and they have all been swimming in the hotel pool. Yesterday we went to see the smurf film. He was wearing a smurf hat, a smurf t-shirt and carrying a toy smurf. The cinema staff were calling each other to come and look at him:o

Not much os, but we did manage to get our luggage into 2 small trolley cases to avoid paying the fee for checking in baggage :)

    Take care all of you

    Morning my lovelies :D

Yet another quick one from me. Had a nice day out, kids enjoyed the train ride (it's just diesel no fancy steam ones here LOL) and were plum tuckered out when we got back.
I am tired. Again. DS woke and it took me 45 mins to get him back off to sleep. coffee in IV is in order ;)

Not sure what's for tea, H working a little bit late tonight so probably be something on toast.

Taking kids to Legoland tomorrow (courtesy of JackieG), haven't told the kids yet might save that excitement for tomorrow (unless I have to use it for threats today :rotfl::rotfl:)

BB - Oh dear you poor thing. Lots of the pavements round here slope, PITA pushing a double buggy. Hope your knee is better soon xxx

Sorry everything else hasn't registered :o:o

Hugs and spoons all round. Have a great day OS or not.

    Morning!!

Yet another wet and grey day here - so much for summer :rotfl:

Girlies are getting cabin fever so blackmailing them into good behaviour with a promise of a trip to our designer outlet. It has an undercover play park and it's free :j so we'll all be happy!

I'm going to treat myself to a new pair of slippers too :D bought a pair for £5.00 from M&$ (at the outlet) the other week and they're fab, so gonna get another set for spares (mucky moo that I am my slippers are always in need of washing :o)!

DH away all day and not sure if he's home pre girls bed time or not, so think we might have a growed up date night type tea tonight - that'll confuse him :rotfl::rotfl: Girls having lo mac n cheese from last night. Can't quite believe in my past life we'd have just munched the lo bit whilst the kids ate their meal, and then had our own dinner later :o. No more.

Have a lovely day all, and hope your knee is ok ButterflyBrain - that sounds awful.

  • Morning All,

Butterfly Brain, I hope you haven't done any permanent damage to your knee, that's the last thing you need :( I found my phone but its now only taking texts and calls, I cant get on the net with it AT ALL  feels like someone has cut my arm off.

Bitsy I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow, I was worried I had been so preoccupied with my family, I had missed your trip. Photos please!

JackieO your holiday sounds fab, like BBird, I am getting excited for you all, too.

Its wet here again, the only nice weather day weve had for the last fortnight was my sister's wedding day, how amazing is that? She stripped all her wallpaper off in her living room and kitchen yesterday, dehumidifier is on, and the ceiling will be replaced on Monday, they are still arguing the point about what to do to replace or repair the kitchen units, so hopefully there will be some movement on that, on Monday too.

I am up to my eyes in stuff just now, I have some pretty important paperwork to sort out for OH, and the house is still a tip. I have written a list of things to do, and scared the pants off myself in the process :rotfl: One thing at a time, I need to keep reminding myself.

Bramble, I hope you have a good trip up to see your grandfather, and he is well enough to enjoy your visit.

Have a great day everyone, hugs spoons and hi fives all round.

Very overcast here, but it may not rain so hubby's watering the garden just in case.
Hubby's at work tomorrow so I'm planning a cookathon tomorrow, cottage pies & chicken pies.
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester

    Afternoon All,

Happy Holidays to those going away
BB hope your knee feels better soon.

I have been in and out like a fiddlers elbow with my washing. Given up and it has gone in the dryer:o
Managed to get some Lisa Kleyplas books I hadn't read from the library this morning and popped to the bank.
I managed to buy the shopping I needed for £10.25 after I had used my Mr T's Vouchers so pleased with that.
Tea tonight will be burgers and HM chips, quick and easy.

Need to get on and take some more pics for ebay this afternoon. The plan is for a nice quiet wkend and will probably make a ginger cake and some biscuits.

Have a happy Friday all x
