Electric window drivers side keeps going

We dont know anyone who can do it, to be honest, we wish we kept our other car now to be honest. But you know when you make a mistake and wish you hadnt make it but to late. Dont get me wrong, this car has a good engine, but the body work is a bit erm, well gets wet inside. knock on it to, as said before. Oh well. Thanks anyway. I accidently turned the window down other day and we couldnt get the damn thing back up again. Dont you just hate electric windows. One of my old cars had the same problem with the window, I had it fixed a couple of times, then gave up, and decided I didn't need to open my window. A friend fixed it by stripping off the inside door panel, and putting the chain for the window back on the runners, as it had slipped off - I have no idea how easy it was for him to do, but it didn't take that long, and only cost me a couple of pints, so, if you know someone who can do it, it would probably be worth it.
Alternativley, just open your door - although, as stated above, it scares people in toll booths and parking attendants in boxes. I did manage to train my daughter to lean out her window and press buttons to get tickets after a while, and she's only 8!0 -
as above quoted ok. If you got nothing helpful to say then dont bother. all it does it cause bad feeling really. I did get it first place about the bike as to you referring to my previous post about bike riders right, but I chose not to comment as all it will do it go into a row on here. And this is a different post now. If little boys wanna play then go do it else where.Way over her head.:rotfl:0 -
