Hi, over the past 2 days I've tried 3 times to book flights on continental website.
I get all the way through to payment, enter my mastercard details then add my security info as prompted by mastercard/natwest and I get the message;
We could not process your request. Please see the message below and make revisions.
! Continental.com was unable to verify your card number (XXXXXXXXXXXX****). Please verify the information entered and re-submit or use a different card.
Not only is there enough money on the card and all details are correct but continental have also debited my card for three seperate $1 transactions,
so whats the problem? no one seems to be able to tell me at either the bank or continental
thanks, Laura

It is possible that your are on the USA site, not the UK site for booking, should say UK top right on the landing page. If your fares are quoted in $ then that is probably what has happened. Is your ISP AOL ?0
