No - they're right....they don't have a UK customer service centre....it was closed quite a few years ago.

So what is your problem with speaking to an overseas call centre?
or is it the thinly veiled racism that is 'I cant uderstand them' or 'they cant deal with problems'
that are both IMO complete packs of lies which comes down to the customers problems, not those of where the calls are being routed to, your lack of being able to comprehend perfect english or explaining your problem well enough isnt the problem of an overseas call centre..

If its a genuine problem and not a case of 'I want my problem delt with by a British person' then email executive.office@three.co.uk and they will quickly sort out any genuine problems.

what's wrong with the preference of a UK call centre dealing with an issue
you may have, many companies such as the Natwest highly advertise the fact they only use UK call centres. For me personally it's nothing to do with racism it's just having had many bad experiences with overseas call centres resolving a problem I may of had. I like to add in most cases the individual member of staff based in the overseas call centre has been very polite but a lack of knowledge/training of detailed questions has been the
main problem I've had. In regard to being a racist my wife is Jamaican and we have two children.
  • snakeeyes21, my problem is genuine i have spent 3 days going over my problem and whoever i speak to, they just try and overt the subject without dealing with the actual issue, plus i have spent a total of 3hrs 28 mins of my life for a issue that should and could have been dealt with within 5 mins, it seems to me you are the one with the problem not me i am certainly not racist!!!! you are assuming you know me and my ethnicity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as a british consumer paying for a service if i wish to speak to anyone of my choosing i should be able too! so unless you can provide a positive response to my question please dont bother, im not the one with the problem here...you however seem to have a very large chip on your shoulder.
