What have you given up as a DFW?

I have given up going shopping unless I NEED something which has helped me to reduce spending considerably because even though I often just browsed, I would usually end up buying something I didn´t need. Sometimes I get down about not being able to treat myself to new clothes, make up etc but I encourage myself by thinking how nice it will be to be debt free in a couple of years and have money left from my salary to be able to treat myself from time to time with my own money.0

I'm not in debt anymore but I gave up my car which made me about £70 per month better off than I was before. I started walking, biking and getting public transport instead. I must admit I havn't really missed it though. I still manage to get around and I'm in a long distance relationship. As long as you plan journeys in advance it's OK. I've been debt free for over 2 years now and still havn't got another car.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
