Had a ride round the place, not as bad as it,s reputation, some parts are worse than others only a blind fool would not acknowledge this. Went past the pub, kind of place you do not make eye contact!!!!. Think it is the kind of place if you find a quite spot on the edge of the estate and get the right neighbours you could live there very happily, but get it wrong, stuff that nightmares are made of. One thing we did notice money seems to be going into the area, maybe some regeneration is going on. We have looked at other estates in the area and it does not seem any worse, at least on a drive thru level.
