3 contract end

after 1year contract I upgraded phone and signed 18month contract. this ended 19thJune2011. they now demand extra month plus admin charge because I didn,t give 30days notice. They are threatening me with debt collectors and the wrecking of my credit rating. I never received their terms and conditions and have sent them copies of all paperwork I was given in shop.Contract is paid up but, they won,t budge. Any advice would be appreciated. Do I have any choice but to pay?

Its normal for any mobile contract, turns into rolling 30 day contract if you do not give notice.
No choice but pay up.

agreed, you have to give 30 days notice. its in all the terms and conditions .
three arnt doing anything out of the ordinary. just pay the months line rental. i cant see your argument.
its not worth affecting your credit rating for a months line rental.

I had two contracts with three and gave 30 days notice to end each of them in writing and had no problems.

Pay the extra month and give the 30 days notice why did let get so far for three to start threating you ?
