Bt Rep through site

Would just like to say a thank you to the bt rep I contacted through the site.
I will not go into the problem in detail but was about a mac code ,
I spoke to bt on sunday, then again this morning and was unhappy with outcome of call.
I emailed this morning and recieved a call about 20 minutes ago and the issue was sorted within 10 minutes.
This is not the first time I have had to contact them, before was a billing issue and both times was sorted within 24hours.
So if you do have an issue with BT and cannot get it sorted by phone with normal channels contact Rep through their contact details and hopefully they will get it sorted.
