Nah they were very poor, I just called again today. Got my PAC through and it said if you find any other offers (had already been through all this on the phone with them) and everything I had found they said nah, nope, no way, can't, won't... in the end I just told them to stop wasting my time. Just sent the letter to cancel totally. They have massive debts and want to get as much as they can from customers, but how they going to pay the debts with no customers?0

Thanks for that Jason, saves me wasting my time, might as well just get the MAC and transfer to Tmobile flext which seems pretty good. TaEducation is compulsory, school is not.

T-Mobile sem to be sitting on a high horse. Since they have bought Flext out they seem to be very reluctant to offer good retention deals. I upgraded two contracts with them, only because they were too good to lose, and it was like trying to draw blood from a stone.
