This is the first time ive been out of contract so am just wondering what happens now ? Iam currently paying £20.42 a month for a nokia e72 with internet 100 mins and 100 texts.

Im happy with the tarrif but want a new phone ! looking at an htc, would love a sensation but would settle for a desire s. Whats the process with upgrades do they ring you ? whats the chances of getting a good deal ?

I think you are unlikely to get a much better deal than a new customer that has to pay £150+ for a Desire S on £20.42 tariffs (while getting £80 TCB cashback).

You can get Desire S on 12 months contract with 400+1000+1G for 12*£30-3*£30-£30=£240 in total.

Whats the process with upgrades do they ring you ? whats the chances of getting a good deal ?

Request PAC 30 days before the contract expires and they are likely to call you with a better deal.
