Nothing loading properly - errors on all pages

Word and Excel work fine and the web pages are loading sporadically (I'm on it now with few problems).

We're wondering now if it's the Orange router (old wanadoo livebox type) as our desktop and mobiles aren't working great at the moment. But I've also heard that the Orange network is down in the area (I do have a very weak mobile signal).

I definitly cannot download anything, as in spyware etc as I get a security message saying about unverified publishers - surely that's not right???
