Phone bill issue?

I got my phone bill today and hit the roof it is £106 instead of the more normal £30 to £40 and have discovered that something called "Text Info Service" has charged me £2.50 (26 times!).

Does anyone know what this might be?

The only thing that seems to tie in (now that ive had a few hours to look at it) is some texts between 62345 and me but they did not mention any charge and the first text clearly stated FREE!!!

If they were charging £2.50 a text are they not required to advise me of this?

There are loads of scam companies around sending unsolicited pay-for texts.
You have to find out what company (number) it is and stop this by contacting the company (and requesting the refund) and complaining to phonepayplus. If you cannot find the number your network must be able to help you.

The number is 62345 (thankfully for some reason I saved the first text!) but cant find any way of identifying who the company / owner of this number is online, any suggestions as its £65 + vat!

Scratch that found it xyz Telecom Ltd, now to figure out next step!

Complained via Phonepayplus as they have a different registered name from what I found
