We will pay 1.25%, we couldn't get them down any further, 1 other charged more, another charged 1% but was pushy, there web site was very not internet friendly, no floor plan, virtual tour and hardly any web presence certainly not rightmove or look3property.

I did manage to negotiate the minimum term from 3 months to one but our house sold in 2 days.

People care about floor plans and virtual tours?
The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.

I quite like the look of https://www.housenetwork.co.uk at the moment. They advertise on all the main housing websites and potentially it could cost less than £500 to complete.
  • Just saved £7k by using housenetwork, excellent agents. Their details, photos and virtual tour was fanastic, top notch. Put our local agents to SHAME!!!!

We are in Greater London and used a local company - got them down to 0.75% and a 2 week tie-in. I was pleased, and they've offered an excellent service.
