Ryanair online checking - please help!

Hi
I have just made a massive error due to long day at work and being tired etc . . .
long story short made a booking earlier today with Ryanair to go to Perugia Italy this Thursday morning. I stupidly got it in my head that this Thursday is 10th August when of course it is 11th August.
And I stupidly booked flight for 10th august which is of course TOMORROW Wed 10th and not Thursday! And tonight I went to check in online, did so and only when confirmation came through did I get my light bulb moment and realise flights have been booked for tomrorow Wed and NOT Thursday as I had wanted.
and all Ryanair terms & conditions scream at you "no changes permitted once checked in online" and of course it's too late to speak to an agent now as there's no one in until 9am tomoorw.
SO MY QUESTION . . .
does any one no if this is any way negotiable? I want to be able to move my flight to thursday instad. And if there's no way i can do this and I have to buy a new flight, is there any way I can get a refund???
Be grateful for any feedback here as I'm doubly stressing now and wishing I hadn't been so tired and dumb at time of booking!
can' believe I'll be wasting 170 euros . . .
many thanks in advance

Odds are refund fees will be more than the taxes you are trying to reclaim. Is there no way you can go 1 day earlier than planned.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

Ryanair do not give refunds in any circumstances.
You can change a flight up to 4 hours before the flight. If you have not checked in online it is £40, if you have then you have to speak to the call centre and it is £60.
