The annual amounts will be a bit less because the remaining five months will be low usage.  But your electricity usage is about three times the average while your gas usage is about a quarter.
Pics of the meter readings would help.  BTW, it's kWh, an important difference.
  • Sorry yes, KWh!

As in pics of my actual meters or from the bill?

Pics of the meters showing the readings and what you think they are.  That's not a sanity check on you, but some types of meter are notoriously hard to read correctly.
  • Got you! OK here they are:
    Gas 6514
    Electricity Rate 1: 25419
    Electricity Rate 2: 535

You probably shouldn't be on a two rate tariff (e.g. Economy 7) if you have gas; the day rate (when you use most electricity) is higher than with single rate.  You also seem to have just 2.06% night usage (from when the meter was installed) which is extraordinary low.  Take at least daily readings, even hourly ones because there's something strange going on.
Were you once on E7 but switched to single rate?  If so, perhaps the night rate won't increment.
  • I can tell you something else strange, which is that the Electricity 2 reading has actually dropped since the last official reading (when I left People's Energy). It was 628 then!

And it has been static at 535 since I did a reading on 17/02/21.

Do I need to address that with Avro? (the two rate tariff)
No, as far as I know I have never been on E7. Actually that doesn't make sense does it? I have never knowingly been on E7 but I do seem to have a two rate tariff don't I?

Best to collect some evidence to get a better idea of what's happening.
Is there a label near the meter showing the closing reading(s) of the old meter and the opening reading(s) of the smart meter?
  • Yes but quite hard to read:
