Conned on ebay AGAIN...what can I do?

On an ebay dispute the buyer does not need to prove its fake the onus is on the seller to prove its genuine.pitkin2020 wrote: »L
Seriously though, if you can prove its a fake, by getting a retailer to confirm it not a youtube video then start a claim for a fake item. Ebay shouldn't make you return it as its fake and you'll get a refund.!'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

Just wanted to say, thanks to everyone for your replies.
Got it all sorted now, I was expecting the seller to be rude etc but seller was actually really nice and refunded straight away.
Think people are right about buying the genuine article...kinda sucks having to pay £30 just for concealer but guess it's true that you get what you pay for!
Thanks again
