Best way to use ipad in Spain

Going on holiday to Spain soon, wondered what would be the best way to use our ipad whilst on holiday.
We have a sim in it already, tmobile, I have seen the boosters that you can get, but they all seem relatively small, and the roaming charges are a no no.
Not sure if the place where we are going has wifi or an internet connection, this would be the easiest option if it did.
Is there any miraculous device out there that I am missing out on?

Another question, does anybody know how much data Sky Go uses, if I were to watch football in Spain how much data would the typical match use?
I think I know that this is not going to be a reasonable method, but it would be good if I could do it as we are stopping in a villa quite far from anywhere!0 -

Roughly 4MB per minute, I believe. So around 500MB allowing for half time or injury time. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

Best to go to a pub along the Costa del Crime0

Carrefour also sell a mobile broadband Micro SIM for 10 euros. 5 euros credit. You can then add a 1GB or 3 GB data package. Of course it depends on who has coverage in your area.0

Yes I saw the carrefour sim, but the data would get eaten up straight away for what I want to use it for.
I will just do without football for a couple of weeks, or force myself to a pub to watch it.

What network are you on in the UK?0

It has a payg iphone tmobile sim in it. It has free internet for 12m as it is an iphone sim, but that is uk only I presume.
I only ever use it at home via the wifi though, just have a sim incase I take it anywhere but haven't had to in the couple of months I have had it.0 -

There are Boosters but only £10 provides 50MB. Pity it wasnt a BlackBerry as they do unlimited data for 30days worldwide for £150
