Orange contract - all allowance gone and I haven't used my phone!

I signed up for a mobile phone contract with Orange on Friday the 5th of August. The phone was delivered Saturday and I was connected up TODAY.

The contract was Dolphin; 200 minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited UK e-mails and 250mb data allowance. The phone was a Samsung Galaxy S Android.

Now, the contract was only just activated today. I've just logged into my online account and it's showing I have only [/B]6 minutes[/B] left of my 200, and 16.66mb of 250mb left.

I haven't called anyone or used the internet - only using my WiFi at home. Where have my minutes gone? I have spent a little time setting up GPS but have not used the 3G - only wifi.

It's bugging me now - where has all my allowance gone!? 0_0

I'll ring them tomorrow - I just hoped someone on here may have some answers.

    Unless things have changed, when you start an Orange contract, your billing cycle will be on the 7, 14, 21 or 28th of the month, if you started it on the 5th, then perhaps pro rata the minutes for the billing cycle starting the 7th is what you see on the account?
