New phone issue.
Hi everyone, long time reader first time poster here.
I finally got round to upgrading my mobile phone today. I'm with Three, and had a Nokia 6700 which has now been replaced with an HTC Wildfire S. The 6700 never had any problems with signal in my house, but this new phone can not get a signal in any room. This has rendered it basically useless, as it's not fit for purpose and I can't make or receive calls.
I obviously have network coverage as my old phone worked perfectly, so I was wondering where I would stand if I took the phone back to the Three shop and outlined my position. I cant keep a phone that doesn't have any signal, and it's evidently the phone which is at fault.
Thanks for any help.
