You'd have to give them 30 days notice of cancelling if I remember correctly, but just phone up Customer Services and they can tell you more!0

T-Mobile customer service in my opinion are absolutely nonsense. The best thing to do in this cause would be to go into your local store.Banks: Barclays & Natwest - Overdraft: £10 :embarasse
Mobile Network: Hutchison 3G UK Limited (Contract, 21 Months Remaining)
Occupation: Student & Expert in Computing - Dixons Retail Limited (Currys, PC world & Tech Guys)0 -
last year i went for the £7.50 deal with T mobile but haven't really made use of it so want to cancel when my 12 months is up but can't find any details about how to do it. Can anyone help with the info i need? TIA
The should be a address on your bill for customer services for you do it in writing. Its is best to never cancel over the phone because there is no proof of the cancellation which can leave to problems if you cancel the DD and the account is not cancel.0 -
My 18m contract ends on 13-Dec-12. Do I have to wait till then before giving 30 days notice or can I give notice on 14-Nov-12 without incurring any cancellation charges?
Thanks0 -

You need to give 30 days notice to cancel so if you want to finish when your 18 months is up you will have to contact on Nov 14. If you wait until Dec 13 you will have to pay for another month.
On checking my records I will probably have to wait until my December bill is finalised on the 15th before giving notice as I need the bill to claim the last portion of casback from e2save.
Unless there is a workaround?0
