Mobile Phone Replacement
Hi, I am new to the Forum:rotfl:
I recently upgrade from a BB phone to a Nokia N8 two months ago. It has been giving me nothing but problems since. I have taken it to my local vodafone store on two occasion and they advised me to do a update which should put it right. It did not work. I get cut off during my calls (incoming and outgoing), my text messages does not always go through. I get returned error messages. Vodafone is only offering me a replacement of the same phone, but as it is a new phone I am not happy with this so I have requested a BB for a replacement. They have refused, therefore i chosen to terminate my contract early which will cost me £464. I don't want to keep a useless phone for two years. Has anyone else been in this situation, can you advise me on your outcome.
