Try clicking on 'I don't know' - that's what worked for me - it then went onto the next question of the trial 4

What answer are you putting in for the buckets as it seems they have caught on to their mistake and changed the required answer?

Total so far: 3946

If only I hadn't been so far out with Trial 2 I'd have a pretty good score

Just looked at the info about scoring:

Scoring
At the end of each trial you have to guess where you think the Red Gold is. Your score is calculated based on the distance in miles of your guess from the location of the Red Gold. The maximum score for each trial is 999, this would be awarded if you managed to exactly identify the location of the Red Gold. If your guess is more than 1,000 miles away you’ll be asked to guess again.

At the end of the 7 trials your score earns you a number of guesses in the Final Challenge. On completing the first trial you receive one guess, then for every subsequent 1,000 points scored you earn another guess. The more guesses you have, the higher your chance of wining great prizes.

If it goes by thousands for how many guesses you get, then scoring doesn't really make that much of a difference (if you consider anything more than 1000 miles out warrants a second guess anyway)

For anyone else that gets the 'bucket question' again you need to choose option B in order to get to Trial 4 - as someone said this is probably because the last time the answer they accepted was wrong so you are having to do it again! Well, this is what worked for me this evening anyway...

Still don't really understand whats happening, but I did find that you can enlarge the map, if you click on the bottom left of the map - takes you to Google Earth I think.
