The model is E5211Check first if the television came with cables - I know even my cheap LG TV came complete with VGA cables and an audio cable. No HDMI, but I got two from Amazon for a few pounds total.

Well just look at what you have - the VGA cable will look just like the one in the first picture above. The ebay item looks correct though.
Also look at the back of the television - does it have a single hole with "Audio In" written on it? If so, it'll just be a cable with a single connection on both ends, just the same kind of cable end as for a set of headphones. I'd be surprised if the TV didn't come with standard cabling.
Edit: The Medion Akoya E5211 is VGA output only, as you've said.0
