Will my Mobiles.co.uk cashback still be valid if I add Blackberry Messenger etc on

HI I wondered if anyone could advise me on my Mobiles.co.uk cashback deal. I took out a cashback deal last month on a 2 year orange contract (dolphin 25). The phone that came with it was a very basic Nokia, the contract is for my daughter who has now been given a blackberry curve for her birthday. She obviously wants Blackberry messenger etc I rang Orange to ask them to bolt this onto the contract and they said they need to change her to Dolphin 25 with blackberry and that my cashback should be OK as it is still the Dolphin 25. Does anyone know if this is correct? Thanks

Whilst it should be ok it is (last time I looked) specifically not allowed under the contract with Mobiles.co; they are more concerned that you won't be downgrading BUT the simple rule is ALWAYS get it in writing from them BEFOREHAND.
