tHEY LOOK ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE MINE....very awkwardly forged with no consistency to mine...also I have an o in my surname but because I dont complete my o's at the top he has written an a.0 -
I have to get to work now but look forward to any more feedback.
Thank you all very much for taking the time to reply.0 -
A charge on my house with the possibility of selling it to get their money that they have had back.Sorry what is the FOS?
It's free to use, unlike a solicitor. It also works on a balance of probability basis, whereas a criminal investigation requires proof beyond reasonable doubt.
I see little value in pursuing the latter. Where will you gain from it?0 -
wow, very scary, im interested to see how this turns out, i'd be calling the police for sure.0

If you didnt sign this, what did you sign to get the loan?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

If you didnt sign this, what did you sign to get the loan?
And a disclaimer type form explaining why no PPI was arranged has been signed by somebody else.
It's refreshing to have a "bank failed to sell me PPI" complaint!0 -

Hi, I did sign for the loan (loans) but the explanation and apparent correct procedure and form that was meant to have been completed at the time of the loan was not shown to me but filled in and signed by the member of staff at the bank.0 -

This is true...but at the time of the loans the hype on the PPI wasn't apparent and for the stress and pressure I have had to put up with The extra £44 per month would have been the easiest option with my loan being paid but the option was not available to me.
The decision was made by the financial advisor.?0 -
I have now received the legal report from the handwriting expert who confirms that the signatures on the ppi documents are not mine and have been signed by another person.
Six days before my court hearing so have alot to get done. I hope I haven't received this news too late.0 -

Unfortunately the banks can now make you sell to get their money so a charge is not acceptable for me after struggling for many years trying to keep a roof over my families heads.0
