my mum said they had 2-3 year size at morrisons...my 2 year old needs some for a wedding we going to

That would be right! No Morrisons for miles, though I might be able to get my Nan to get some in Norfolk.

You possibly need to look for shops that stock age 3, rather than age 3-4. I know when mine were nursery age, age 3 items got snapped up quickly. I've just looked at M&S online though and can see these age 3 in stock (I haven't looked at any others).

I would also suggest you try a dedicated school uniform shop. I had a similar problem when DS started school as he's a shortie and he was only 3 when he started, but our local school shop has a fantastic selection of trousers, a little bit more than you'd pay in the supermarket (around £7-£8 a pair) but they started at age 2, were very good quality and also they are about the only non-adjustable waist trousers that have ever fitted DS. They also had a good selection of school shorts so that DS could complete the Just William look ;).

As handy as it is that you can have adjustable waists, it makes things quite uncomfortable for the wearer - both mine find the buttons rub. I really wish shops would make slimmer fitting trousers. Not such a problem in winter when you can tuck vests into their trousers, but a pain in the summer.

Also, if you use wundaweb and find that after a while it starts to come down again, what I do is give the offending area a quick spray with some water, cover with a cloth and iron over and you should find it will stick again. :D

And it looks like we made it once again

m&s also do a petite range sorry if this has been mentioned. Just buy age 3 short. We did and they have adjustable waists too. Theyre also wonderful quality.
