Flight Prices to USA

Greetings.
I am trying to get good prices for 6 adults to fly LHR-ORD and back
15-29 DEC.
I always like to book early, but I could'nt this year.
Is there a site that keeps checking prices for you automatically? Every day new offers come to light and changing a route can save ££'s
Usually I am pretty good at finding deals, but this time I am somewhat stumped

kayak has a price alert feature where you can ask for daily or weekly emails.
There appear to be a number of fares around the £430 mark...were you expecting a lot less than that?Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
Fares generally increase around the 10th of December, the cheapest advertsied fares are never available for Christmas bookings. ORD is a major arrival point for United Airlines, if you can fly from London, try one of their major agents, like Major Travel who often have hidden fares but be realistic, its peak travelling time for family re unions.0

I agree it's peak travel time, but not usually until schools break up. I have done it every year in the past from anything up to £350 a ticket. I know taxes have gone up and fuel p[rices. But £450, although only £100 more x6 means a lot extra.
Won't be long and flying will be for the rich elite.:(NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0
