Hi,
i recently upgraded my talk mobile contract by phone and got a new phone posted to me which was the samsung galaxy ace. However it kept freezing and turning itself off!
I took it to the carphone warehouse where they replaced the phone like for like and told me I couldnt swap the phone for a different model in store because i ordered it on the phone ( they say online)
The replaced phone is now doing the same and so i phoned the online team where i ordered my upgrade from and they said go to carphone warehouse but ive been to carphone warehouse and they say they cant do anything i have to phone the online team (but they won't do anything because they say i have to go instore)!!!
What can i do please as this is a new 24 month contract? and what could they do for me as im still in my 28 day guarantee
Many thanks

Well act quickly and start the process to cease the 24 month agreement, then consider other options than signing up for a 24 month or longer contract.0
