Orange Upgrade

Hi there,

I have been with Orange for more than 3-4 yrs and I learned a strange thing today, I recently about a month back upgraded my phone and contract, on the phone the customer service rep advised me that I have the same plan as before and everything else will remain the same. Based on that I agreed to upgrade,
I dont regularly check my account but last month the bill amount was unusually higher and when I called them today they advised me that my loyalty offers had been taken off alongwith the bundles? I was a bit suprised with this and they asked me to speak to the retention department,

I will definetly speak to the customer service rep but checking if someone encountered the same issue before,
Any advice?
