    it would depend on what Sainsburys rate is. Our local Sainsburys rates are usually 4-5 cents (USD as that's what we normally buy) off the rates we could get elsewhere...but we are in London so have more choices than some...but for us, other than sheer convenience, Sainsburys is never worth it.
    And the buy-back isn't always going to be worth it - just depends on how much you would expect to bring back and what their buying rate is.

    And free ATM withdrawals will mean that Sainsburys won't charge you to make a withdrawal...the ATM may.
    Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

    Thanks,I would get a extra 2.5 percent as its a staff offer.I believe there is a better rate for a purchase of £500 and £ 1000. But not to sure at the moment,not looked intibit to much.
