will range payg Blackberry Torch be unlocked from Onestopphoneshop ?

Looking to buy a blackberry Torch .. new .. black .. o2 or unlocked .

Best on ebay is £300 but runs the risk of no guarantee/return

Best i can find on t'internet is ............

Onestopphoneshop .. on Orange at £333 ( and £7 TCB)

.. but can't see anything on the website about whether it'll be unlocked ? .. anybody know for definite ? .

Thought i'd seen/heard/read that cpw were doing that now ?.

Next best price i can find is cpw & e2save . on o2 at £399.

I think nobody can tell you for definite, but usually their handsets are unlocked.
