Just back from work after 15 hour shift. 5 hours sleep and back to work in the riot gear. We beat the yobs on our London borough last night. Loads arrested, all our custody suites full of prisoners. Every group turned over really quick and build up points charged.
Feel sorry for Ealing next door, they got hit hard. 300 youths attacked a Sikh Temple, suspected islamic groups taking advantage. We got loads of their looters coming back through our patch with cars full of stolen gear.
We don't see eye to eye on the housing market Brit, but you have my full support in this. I hope the Gov wake up and start giving the police much more resouces, perhaps involve the army if possible. It might discourage the looting once a few looters have been killed or suffered brain damage after being whacked over the head by a truncheon.
After it is over further resources should be put into hunting them down by trawling through CCTV evidence etc.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

The guys hardly complaining. He's doing a tough job under tough circumstances. The police have the support of 99% of the country on this.0 -

Since I dont know all the facts, I'm undecided. My only concern is nothing good comes form this. A group is p!ssed off, maybe we need to find out why.0 -
This is just so heartbreaking and I feel so angry about all this.
13 years of 'softly softly' and education which teaches about rights but not about responsibilities has contributed to this. Where feral youths have been brought up in families with no moral code, no incentive to better themselves because they get everything from the taxpayer and excuse after excuse made for them by the establishment.
Welcome to third world UK.0 -

Welcome to third world UK.
Actually, I think this happening here is a strong tool for the extreme governments....the Middle East, N. Korea etc etc. If this is what the people do with ''freedom'' how does it benefit the country? why would they want it? That's what they can think of this.
And, why should they listen to us saying ''don't shoot your people'' when we are letting our people burn our streets and homes?
I will defend to the hilt the right to protest even for things which I feel to be dramatically worng, but this...this is not protest. This is crime.0
