Car dealer problems (gear change and replacement car)

hi,
1.just buy the car on 13th may 2011 with dealer.
2.Then after, His Staff without test drive and saw the car, They deliver straight my home on 24th may 2011.
3.In between time I phoned him when car coming but he said its delay, so no test drive,nothing.
4. Then day after delivery I noticed Gear selecting problem, so I phoned him tell him gear selecting is very hard.
5. He said come next week in service centre so i went anfd sit there,After 1 hour they give my car back and said the problem is sort it out.
6. I take back car and came home 5 or 6 days was ok.
6. then after nearly week finished I had minor accident,And my insurance company sort it out everything for Reapir.
7. Then Again I phoned to dealer and told them gear selecting problem is worse now and my all the time if I drive the car all consentrate with gear, so please can you repair properly.
8. Then he refuse to repair and said no problem with car,
9. Then i contact consumer direct they told me you buy the car higher purchase aggr, so contact HP company,
10.then HP company sort out my complain to replace the car but dealer again what ever car want to replace and I take test drive thats easytronic automatic and gear changing time jerking and when drive engine noise also annoying,
11. so I told I am not accepting bec I am not satisfy your replaceing car,
12. SO my question is now what I have to do? And what option for me? Can anybody help me?I need a reply as soon as possible.

I already rejected the first car from 2 july 2011,And they dont give me courtesy car.when I ask for full refund so HP company give option for Replacement car but I dont satisfied with that Replcement car. And one more thing I buy used car and I was fool didn't take anybody help that time.

    easytronic automatic are not the best in the world
    are you used to a proper automatic i wonder
    shame you never had a test drive or you wouldnt have ordered one i guess

    No, I learn with mannual car,I buy mannual one but that car had problem with gear selecting,Its very hard specially 1st,2nd and 3rd other all ok. I buy the car after one week dealer repair it but second week, I had a minor accident so then after he refuse to repair.Then I talk with consumer direct.They said to me you can reject the car and ask them to replace it, So Higher purchase co. force to dealer replace the car,Then dealer want to replace easytronic one, But I dont like and not satisfied.

    After you rejected the second car, have they provided any other options?

    Could the problem be in any way a result of the accident you was involved in?

    yes,they give me replace car easytronic automatic but i reject that offer.
    yes,whatever car i rejected that car with i had a accident,buy after two weeks.

    What car did you buy? make, exact model,engine size, year, fuel, i presume its a manual?


    I think you need to get the an independent inspection done on the gear problem to prove its faulty and what the problem is.

    Not sure about rejecting a car thats not in the same condition they sold it to you? May need some legal dvice for that.
